Just popping in to share this workout I found in my latest Shape Magazine. It features trainer Jackie Warner, who you might remember from the Bravo Show “Work Out.” I tried it yesterday and it’s a quick and easy circuit you can do at home. You only need enough space to lie down and two sets of dumbbells.
