Hope everyone has had a great start to the week.

Check out my video below for a great tip on how to get rid of your old fitness magazines and keep your workouts and recipes organized and accessible.  And after you’re done with your magazines–remember to recycle!

    Oh my gosh, I do the exact same thing! It’s such a good idea. I try to go through my magazines about once every three to six months and take all the articles I like from them. I have a binder for workouts, a binder for recipes, and a binder for any other articles I found interesting.
