Though I’m not one for extreme illustrations of the consequences that come with our choices, I just found this illustration of what happens when you drink a soda.

Although it’s difficult to (and most of us aren’t going to) think of all of the larger scale implications of drinking a soda, it is easy to think about the effect that the chemicals that are contained in most mainstream sodas are going to have on your health. Remember-if you can’t pronounce it you most likely don’t want to eat/drink it either.

But of course giving up soda doesn’t signal the end of fizzy fun. Check here for great drink ideas that are good for you.

    This is so ridiculous. Soda isn’t even good! (Well, except for Jones Soda.) And people are killing themselves drinking several cans or giant cups of it each day. Very sad.
