In honor of the New Year, I’m not going to do a post about New Years resolutions and getting your fitness on track–because you know that already!  What I do want to talk about is keeping your fitness fresh in 2011 and teach you a new yoga move I learned today that tones your rear view.  So check out the video below and enjoy!
