One Item Workout

August 24, 2012 by Danielle

Happy Friday!

I’m taking some time off from running (more on that later), so yesterday I decided it was about time to meet up with my old pal, Jillian…by which I mean do a back to back Jillian butt buster.

First up, one of my favorites, Shed & Shred.

Then, I did an did Everyday Health workout that I had found earlier in the day, featuring, you guessed it, Jillian MIchaels. Although I had heard of the site due to bloggers like Sarah Fit (who is also a featured trainer) and Jillian, I had never really spent much time on the site or doing their workouts.

That changed last night when I had my booty kicked (literally) by a towel. This is a great workout because it only requires a towel (or plastic/paper plates if you have a carpeted floor-no excuses!).

Wowza-I definitely felt this workout…well, everywhere. Aside from getting in a good toning session, this workout is also great if you need to clean the floors :).

Let me know if you try it over the weekend-and where you felt it.

Happy Friday!

  3. […] I mentioned before I took my minor hiatus, I haven’t been running very much. I visited the orthopedist and he recommended I visit the physical therapist two times per week to […]
