I thought I’d change things up a bit with a video!
I’ll post the stair workout in a bit!
As I promised earlier, here’s the workout I did this morning. All you need is a set of stairs! I loved this stair workout because it was challenging (HIIT at its best), I felt it in my glutes and basing each interval on time instead of distance keeps the workout from getting boring. The stair dancing I did during the recovery phase of each interval also helped
attract weird stares from morning commuters keep things interesting.
And as an added bonus, here’s one of the songs that was part of the aforementioned recovery phase stair dancing. I love Florence and the Machine and I love Calvin Harris (I got to see both in concert last year!), so this combination rocks my world. I listen to it on repeat and it hasn’t gotten old yet. Just try to resist busting a move…just try.
