Just in time for lunch over here on the West Coast (or pre-happy hour time on the East Coast?), here’s a quick cardio workout that you can complete in less than 30 minutes!
I did this yesterday during lunch and was able to get in and out of the gym and back to my desk in less than an hour. I did it on the treadmill, but you can do this interval workout on any cardio machine of your choice. Just make sure you’re really sprinting during the “on” portion.
