Hope everyone is having a lovely MLK Jr. Day today if you have it off!
Today, I’m resurrecting weekly workouts posts. It’s a good way to share how I’ve been working out and, on a more selfish level, a way to keep myself accountable.
It’s been a while since I’ve run a race of any kind, so I decided that starting off 2015 with a half marathon would be a good idea. I love the distance (and the training for it). Training doesn’t take over your life and just when you’re starting to wish the race is over, you’re at mile 12 and victory is a mile away. In case you’re wondering, I’m planning on doing the Richland Half Marathon at the end of February.
I digress. Here’s a look at the workouts I did last week –
As you can see, last week I kept it simple and ran according to this plan.
