- 1.75 lb boneless pork loin roast
- 2 tsp red wine vinegar
- 2 cloves diced garlic
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 cup low sugar BBQ sauce (I used Stubb’s Original, which only contains 4g of sugar)
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- Combine all ingredients except for brown sugar in crock pot and cook on high for 6 hours.
- With a fork, break apart pork, stir to coat with sauce and add brown sugar.
- Cook on high for 30-45 minutes
